• As Condensing Unit Sales Engineer, develop and drive sales of CO2 condensing units to target dealer network and partners across North America. • Implement channel strategies, with a focus on internal cross collaboration and new customer development. • Manage sales pipeline and maintain high levels of engagement with contractors and consultants.
• The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of business development experience from within the refrigeration, HVAC or any related sectors. • New business development experience (hunter profile). • Challenger mindset. • Knowledge of the commercial refrigeration industry within North America is an advantage. • Experienced in management and updating sales pipeline. • An open mind for entering new markets. • Resilience and a can do attitude. • A passion for winning. • Language: English is a must. • Has experiences of working with tools like Salesforce or similar. • Knowledge of digital tools suitable for sales such as LinkedIn, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint.
