📋 Description
• Grow equipment sales in industrial natural refrigeration and heat pump segments. • Build and maintain partnerships with contractors and local installers. • Extend industrial business model by offering service contracts. • Sell equipment through promotion and customer advising. • Support contractors with selection and calculations for projects. • Develop strong pipeline and close opportunities for CO2 cooling and heating.
🎯 Requirements
• Relevant technical education such as mechanical engineer or similar. • Business education is a plus. • Good knowledge of business and sales project management is a must. • 4-5 years of experience from refrigeration or HVAC related industry. • Document focus on sales and customer relationships. • Experience with CO2 refrigerant cooling is an advantage. • Technical project sales and sales project management skills. • Extensive knowledge of the refrigeration industry. • Experience with tools like Salesforce or similar. • Knowledge of digital tools for sales such as LinkedIn, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint. • Language proficiency in Dutch and English. • Open mind for entering new markets. • Resilience and a can-do attitude. • Passion for winning.
