📋 Description

• Take live seller leads and close deals from day one • Spend your time on real seller conversations • Direct access to the founder and decision-makers • Collaborate with the acquisitions team • Focus on sellers while the system handles busywork • Work responsive for time-sensitive leads evenings and weekends

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in wholesaling acquisitions • Stable tenure in recent roles • Virtual closing experience strongly preferred • Experience in a wholesaling company or as an independent wholesaling operator • Not currently running your own acquisitions business • Experience in real estate is required • Fluent English required. Spanish is a strong plus. • Full-time commitment — no other active jobs or side businesses
