📋 Description
• Ensures that all transactions are recorded in adherence to standard accounting principles. • Prepares accurate and timely financial reports and key financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements • Bookkeepers ensure all financial data is systematically recorded and categorized • Meticulous management of new vendor service agreements, W9-s, AR, AP, Banking, ACH, Collections, credit cards, receipts and other financial aspects
🎯 Requirements
• Proven 10+ yr successful track record as both Sr. Level Bookkeeper and Controller (for at least 5 of those years) for relevant small business(es) • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks (QB online and desktop) • Must pay attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, gap-catching and decision-making abilities • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of accounting principles, standards and regulations • Strong & effective communication and interpersonal skills
