📋 Description

• Partner with the Director of Health Plan Operations around group contracting strategy • Lead delegated credentialing efforts for provider enrollment • Build operational infrastructure for psychiatrist and nurse practitioner licensing • Drive strategic projects for Health Plan Operations and Revenue Cycle analyzing key workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Management experience in a behavioral health, telehealth, or related field in payer operations, payer contracting, and revenue cycle • Group contracting, delegated credentialing, payer enrollment, health plan strategy, and revenue cycle strategy experience • Highly analytical thinker comfortable in data analysis environments • Experience building out payer operations and revenue cycle infrastructure • Highly accountable with defined outcomes, deadlines, and escalation processes • Embody values: Human, Humble, Accountable, Innovative, Resilient
