📋 Description

• Analyze, specify, and validate complex business requirements • Work closely with stakeholders (Product Managers, Clients, Compliance, Operations) to gather, understand, and document business and functional requirements • Develop a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card schemes, alternative payment methods, and fraud management • Work within a Scrum/Agile framework, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups • Act as a key point of communication between business stakeholders and the technical/development teams • Model data flows and API specifications to guide the development team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field • 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the payments, fintech, or financial services industry • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically • Proficiency in creating user stories, process maps, and technical documentation • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Draw.io)
