📋 Description
• Design, configure, and deploy robust Cisco Collaboration solutions based on client requirements, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, IM & Presence, and Expressway. • Plan and execute complex migration projects from legacy TDM/PBX systems to modern Cisco IP Telephony and Cloud-based solutions (Webex Calling). • Integrate Cisco collaboration tools with third-party systems and Microsoft Teams. • Provide advanced (Level 3) technical support for Cisco ToIP infrastructures, acting as an escalation point for complex issues. • Perform system health checks, proactive monitoring, and capacity planning to ensure optimal performance and high availability. • Stay current with the latest Cisco Collaboration technologies, especially the transition to Webex Platform and cloud-hybrid models.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of proven experience in implementing and supporting enterprise-grade Cisco Collaboration solutions. • Expert-level knowledge of Cisco CUCM, CUC, and IMP. • Strong foundational knowledge of IP networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, VPN). • Experience with Cisco IOS Voice Gateways and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking. • One or more active Cisco certifications: CCNP Collaboration CCIE Collaboration.
