📋 Description

• Design and architecture of advanced Fortinet solutions, including FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAuthenticator, FortiSandbox, and FortiWeb. • Develop comprehensive security architectures that integrate the Fortinet Security Fabric for centralized visibility and control. • Create detailed High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD), including network diagrams, bill of materials, and implementation plans. • Oversee and validate the implementation of designed solutions, providing guidance to engineering teams. • Perform advanced configuration and troubleshooting of Fortinet products. • Optimize security policies, VPN configurations (IPsec/SSL), and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) for performance and security. • Lead the deployment of SD-WAN solutions using FortiGate. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices. • Stay current with the latest Fortinet product developments, threat landscape, and cybersecurity trends. • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 6+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing enterprise Fortinet environments. • Essential Certifications: FCSS or NSE 7 is mandatory. • Proven experience as a Security Architect, Senior Network Engineer, or Consultant. • In-depth knowledge of networking and security protocols (TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs). • Expert-level knowledge of FortiGate firewalls, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer. • Strong experience with at least three of the following: FortiAuthenticator, FortiSandbox, FortiWeb, FortiMail, FortiSIEM. • Solid understanding of cloud security principles (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Fortinet integrations. • Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills. • Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, REST API) for managing Fortinet devices.
