📋 Description
• Define roles, levels, accountabilities, career paths, and future-state organizational structures • Assess future talent needs and develop workforce scenarios to determine the right skills, roles, and workforce composition over the next 3-5 years • Identify critical skills and implement scalable reskilling and upskilling strategies to meet future business needs • Support organizational transformation, culture change, and workforce transitions through targeted change and communication plans
🎯 Requirements
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others • Experience with job leveling, role definition, and career path development preferred • Ability to develop learning and development strategies to reskill or upskill current talent preferred • Experience evaluating current workforce states and identifying potential workforce changes preferred • Experience with communications strategies preferred • Change Management/Change Leadership experience preferred
