📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions via phone, email, and live chat. • Ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of satisfaction. • Assist customers with troubleshooting, product inquiries, and service-related concerns. • Keep thorough records of customer interactions, ensuring all issues and resolutions are logged accurately in the CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall service experience. • Provide timely updates and follow-ups to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved. • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and share feedback with management. • Consistently meet key performance indicators, such as response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus. • Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is preferred. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing practical solutions to customer issues. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organized and self-motivated. • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service. • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus.
