📋 Description

• We are seeking remote, full-time Experienced Telecom Designers. • Strong expertise in designing fiber optic (FTTx), HFC, EPON, and Coax communications systems. • Design site plans for OSP (Outside Plant) fiber and coaxial cable routes. • Understand survey field notes and sketches to create or update designs using various software platforms. • Organize and maintain revisions of project drawings. • Generation of bills of materials, splice sheets, and other supporting documentation. • Complete assigned work with quality, accuracy, and efficiency. • Work with project managers, design engineers, and QC team to meet deadlines. • Adhere to customer specifications. • Focus on productivity and accuracy of designs in a high production environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be fluent in English. • Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and specifications. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to adapt to changes in project scope and shifts in priority. • Superior time management and attention to detail. • Ambitious with the ability to learn new software quickly. • Ability to navigate and pull data from multiple software programs at once. • Prior experience designing cable TV, RF and Fiber. • AutoCAD experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
