📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, ensuring usability, clarity and business value. • Write advanced, high-performance SQL queries (CTEs, window functions, subqueries, complex joins, basic tuning) for data extraction and transformation. • Partner with engineers, analysts and data teams to structure and organize analytical layers. • Collaborate with stakeholders across areas to understand requirements and translate them into visual reports, metrics and KPIs. • Contribute to strengthening the analytics culture by providing support and guidance in data interpretation. • Ensure the quality, consistency and governance of dashboards and metrics by standardizing definitions and naming conventions. • Automate recurring reports using Excel and Power BI, optimizing processes and reducing rework. • Organize raw data into relational and analytical structures to facilitate more complex analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard and KPI development. • Proficiency in advanced SQL queries: CTEs, window functions, subqueries, complex joins, and basic tuning. • Advanced Excel: complex formulas, dashboarding, pivot tables. • Ability to clean, organize and prepare raw data into analytical models. • Knowledge of BI concepts, ETL processes, and operational and strategic metrics. • Strong communication skills to capture business needs and translate them into visual solutions. • Attention to data quality, consistency and governance. • Nice to have: Experience with ETL/Integration Services, familiarity with dimensional modeling (Kimball), experience with Azure, Databricks or other data platforms, experience in digital product, operations or logistics companies.
