📋 Description

• Owns global packaging evaluation and specification for new products • Responsible for leading a cross functional team to define the global packaging strategy • Define, document, and ensure consistent compliance across the organization for chemical testing and physical performance testing • Provides technical expertise to quality and EHS for investigation of packaging related customer complaints • Provide technical training for internal and external stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned • Position may require up to 50% travel

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Chemical Engineer or Packaging Engineer • 5-10 years of demonstrated package engineering experience within the chemical industries • Strong technical understanding of global industrial chemical packaging materials and production processes • Knowledge of global regulatory requirements and safety standards for hazardous goods packaging • Analytical and conceptual thinking • Strong project management skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
