• Implement 360° marketing campaigns aligned with national goals and regional sales strategies • Build partnerships with local influencers, community leaders, and media outlets • Develop and manage local sponsorships and sampling opportunities • Lead high-impact consumer activations and events; measure performance to optimize ROI • Recruit, train, and lead a team of part-time Brand Ambassadors • Collaborate with Sales and distributor teams to support in-store visibility and retail success • Manage regional marketing budgets, product forecasting, and campaign reporting • Oversee operational logistics, including warehouse space, product inventory, and company vehicle use • Coordinate with Finance to process invoices and manage expenses • Support broader marketing and sales initiatives as needed
• **Experience**: 5+ years in grassroots and brand marketing, preferably in CPG, food, or beverage; 3+ years in team management or field leadership • **Education**: Bachelor's degree preferred • Strong background in community engagement, event marketing, and project management • Familiarity with regional events and cultural moments that drive brand relevance • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional priorities, and deliver under pressure • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment • Willingness to travel within the assigned region • Valid U.S. driver’s license • Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
