đź“‹ Description

• Manage assigned projects and/or cases • Adhere to general company processes • Implement call-centre programs and provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies • Assist with funding and access issues, including private, public, and special access programs • Administer and adhere to case-management protocols • Conduct clinical monitoring, data collection, ongoing patient follow-up, compliance monitoring, therapy disruption/discontinuation monitoring, adverse event reporting, and liaison with primary healthcare providers • Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, and allied health professionals • Make outbound calls as part of patient programs • Document each activity in the program-specific database • Participate in refresher training and specialized product or program training • Provide feedback on protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental relationships • Communicate case-management information to the manager, pod, and trained colleagues during absences • Participate in training new caseworkers, including shadowing and call monitoring • Report all adverse events to assigned units/departments • Perform other duties and tasks as required

🎯 Requirements

• Two-year associate's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocation, or equivalent combination of experience and education • Minimum one year of customer service experience • Ability to multitask • Attention to detail • Strong problem-solving skills • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook • Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry • Working knowledge of automated warehouse operating systems • Strong business and financial acumen • Strong analytical and mathematical skills • Effective oral and written communication • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills • Effective organizational skills • Ability to consistently meet deadlines • Excellent presentation skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs • Bilingual French/English is an asset • Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical field is an asset
