• Define and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, and enhancement strategies for Provider Analytics products, primarily InfoDive® • Align roadmap priorities with customer needs, market opportunities, business objectives, and product leadership strategy • Develop business cases, value assessments, feature rationales, and investment recommendations • Evaluate roadmap priorities using customer feedback, product performance, competitive intelligence, business requirements, and adoption outcomes • Champion the transition to an Agile Product Development Lifecycle framework • Support intake, discovery, backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, launch readiness, and post-release reviews • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and PI planning • Facilitate backlog prioritization and planning readiness • Drive change management through stakeholder alignment, communications, training needs identification, readiness tracking, adoption support, and resistance mitigation • Establish product lifecycle artifacts including intake documentation, problem statements, PRDs, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, adoption plans, and post-launch summaries • Lead end-to-end delivery of product enhancements and capabilities • Coordinate with development, architecture, quality assurance, data operations, implementation, support, sales, marketing, and client services teams • Manage cross-functional dependencies and mitigate delivery and process adoption risks • Ensure solutions meet customer, business, technical, compliance, operational readiness, and acceptance criteria • Support release readiness, launches, user adoption, stakeholder communications, training, and post-release evaluations • Analyze customer feedback, operational metrics, product usage, industry trends, market opportunities, and adoption signals • Translate stakeholder needs and business goals into problem statements and product requirements • Engage with healthcare providers, administrators, operational leaders, and executives • Conduct customer discovery, workflow reviews, user interviews, feedback sessions, change impact discussions, readiness reviews, and demonstrations • Serve as the voice of the customer throughout product planning, delivery, release, adoption, and continuous improvement • Communicate product priorities, roadmap decisions, requirements, process expectations, change impacts, and release plans • Influence decisions and build consensus without formal authority • Support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, adoption initiatives, onboarding, competitive differentiation, and enablement • Develop release notes, product documentation, user guides, training materials, customer communications, and internal readiness materials • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product benchmarking • Monitor healthcare technology, provider analytics, healthcare operations, Agile product management, and business intelligence markets • Serve as product ambassador and subject matter expert for InfoDive® and assigned Provider Analytics products • Apply knowledge of provider operations, healthcare analytics, practice management, financial management, pharmacy operations, and healthcare data environments
• B.S./B.A. required • Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably with a company serving the provider space • Proven success managing products throughout the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) • Experience working closely with product development teams in Agile environments, including sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, release planning, and PI planning • Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful products within complex business environments • Ability to create PRDs, business cases, workflow diagrams, change impact summaries, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, release documentation, and adoption materials • Thorough knowledge of PDLC, product management business principles, processes and technology • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority • Excellent presentation skills • Ability to write clear, concise instructional documents and product specifications • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to translate customer needs and business objectives into prioritized product requirements and delivery plans • Experience conducting customer, market, feature, product, and competitive analysis • Technical understanding of analytics platforms, reporting tools, workflow technologies, and healthcare data environments • Demonstrated business acumen balancing customer needs, technical constraints, operational considerations, and financial objectives • Ability to independently learn new technologies, healthcare workflows, operational processes, and solution concepts • Ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and challenging situations • Healthcare provider, healthcare analytics, healthcare technology, medical practice, or healthcare operations experience strongly preferred • Experience with Azure DevOps, Miro, Figma, Microsoft 365, and other product lifecycle management tools preferred • Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Product Management, Project Management, Change Management, or Program Management certification preferred • Certified Product Manager, Product School, Prosci, or equivalent credentials preferred • Knowledge of healthcare financial systems, practice management systems, revenue cycle management, medical practice operations, pharmacy dispensing systems, provider performance management, healthcare analytics platforms, business intelligence and reporting solutions, Agile product delivery frameworks, and change management practices highly preferred
