📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage all aspects required to obtain prescription drug coverage for patients • Coordinate cases with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals to maximize reimbursement solutions • Coordinate documents, submissions, and related paperwork to insurance companies and public/federal funding programs • Implement Financial Means Tests as required to maximize patients’ prescription drug coverage • Coordinate pharmacy processes once funding has been obtained • Acquire in-depth knowledge of public, private, and federal funding mechanisms • Report all Adverse Events to assigned units/departments • Perform other duties and tasks as required

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline • Two-year associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service in an office setting • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs • Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone manner • Ability to organize time, set priorities, and multitask to meet competing deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Attention to detail • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, or insurance industry is an asset • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset • Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry • Working knowledge of an automated warehouse operating system • Strong business and financial acumen • Strong analytical and mathematical skills • Effective oral and written communication • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills • Effective organizational skills • Ability to consistently meet deadlines • Excellent problem-solving and issue-resolution skills • Excellent presentation skills
