📋 Description

• Audit and continuously evaluate the company’s systems landscape to identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies • Define and maintain a clear systems architecture, ensuring tools are purpose-built and not duplicative • Drive consolidation and rationalization of tools where appropriate • Optimize internal integrations and bidirectional capabilities of those integrations • Work with tool owners to improve data integrity, consistency, accessibility and reporting across platforms • Drive end-user adoption of key systems through training, documentation, and process improvements • Partner with stakeholders to ensure tools are configured to match real workflows, not vice versa • Monitor usage and identify opportunities to improve engagement and efficiency • Identify opportunities to leverage AI capabilities within existing tools (e.g., CRM, ATS, support systems, internal platforms) • Evaluate and pilot new AI-driven tools or features that improve productivity and decision-making • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI into day-to-day workflows in a practical, scalable way

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business systems, operations, or IT roles • Strong experience with leading SaaS tools and systems ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Greenhouse, Rippling, Zendesk, etc.) • Proven track record of improving workflows, integrating systems, and driving tool adoption • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Tray, or similar) • Familiarity with AI capabilities in modern SaaS tools and curiosity to explore new applications • Highly analytical and systems-oriented—able to see how pieces connect across the organization • Strong communicator who can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities • Bias toward action—focused on solving problems, not just identifying them.
