📋 Description
• Drives analytics and insights related to Medicaid, Marketplace, or Medicare programs • Provides visibility into integrated campaigns performance and product and consumer analytics • Measures key performance indicators (KPIs) and creates performance dashboards • Identifies optimization opportunities for marketing execution • Builds and manages operational dashboards for product & business development teams • Creates analysis to provide insights on consumer segmentation and journey mapping • Defines metrics to measure effectiveness of external strategic partnerships • Analyzes campaign performance insights to maximize Media ROI • Forecasts product portfolio demands and audience and campaign performance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Actuarial Sciences, Applied Mathematics or Statistics required • 5+ years business experience with data analysis and visualization required • 2+ years in healthcare preferred • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills preferred • Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, SAS, or any other reporting tools/languages preferred
