📋 Description

• Drive business development to meet membership sales and retention goals • Partner with key Centerwell Stakeholders • Negotiate complex IPA/MSO agreements with net new provider groups and payor expansions • Develop strategic partnerships with industry partners • Provide ongoing success outcomes to key stakeholders through executive reporting • Support administrative functions for the growth organization • Develop and implement standardized growth processes for stakeholder alignment • Contribute to the strategic input of product development through provider input and competitive intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or other related fields • A minimum of eight year experience in Healthcare, with a specific focus on Medicare advantage • A minimum of three years experience of Medicare Advantage value-based care experience • Knowledge of primary care reimbursement and provider contracts • Experience managing cross functional projects/teams • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent emotional intelligence, and comfortable collaborating across segments and the enterprise to drive work • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiarity managing CRMs
