📋 Description

• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement (e.g., member engagement, scheduling processes) • Partner with cross-functional teams to assist in implementing business initiatives and operational changes • Support the launch and scale of new services and partnerships through preliminary research and data analysis • Assist in evaluating and adopting tools and systems that improve operational workflows • Prepare dashboards, reports, and basic key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review • Contribute to financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting under guidance from senior team members • Work effectively as part of a team, while demonstrating initiative and accountability in assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • A minimum of three years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a similar support role • Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, and/or virtual care • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools (such as PowerBI) • Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to work collaboratively across teams • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment
