📋 Description

• Oversee specific AI projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery. • Coordinate between different departments and act as the point of contact between PMs and Directors/Project Owners. • Manage the AI Content Specialists team and allocate resources across regions. • Oversee end-to-end process and project feasibility. • Raise questions and seek clarification on project scope and customer expectations. • Report potential blockers and challenges, and communicate with stakeholders. • Allocate resources efficiently and put together teams to ensure project success. • Identify and mitigate risks quickly and maintain the highest quality standards. • Ensure deliverables meet project goals and customer expectations. • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. • Monitor performance metrics. • Suggest process improvements and increase efficiency. • Regularly meet with clients and negotiate project specifics.

• Strong program and team management skills. • Experience in managing crowd-sourced projects. • Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies. • Experience in content creation, data annotation, or machine translation. • Excellent communication and coordination abilities. • Quick problem-solving skills. • Adaptability in fast-paced environments. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Flexibility to work with remote teams and different time zones. • Experience in designing and implementing efficient processes.
