• Drive sales and revenue growth for rare disease and reproductive medicine genetic testing services, as well as biopharma partnerships. • Establish and manage relationships with hospitals, fertility clinics, laboratories, physicians, and KOLs across the region. • Develop pricing, market access, and go-to-market strategies tailored to diverse Southeast Asian markets. • Negotiate and manage distribution agreements, strategic alliances, and long-term partnerships. • Monitor market trends, healthcare regulations, and competitive landscapes in both rare disease and reproductive medicine sectors. • Represent CENTOGENE in key regional industry forums, conferences, and with stakeholders. • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing regional team (sales, medical affairs, operations, marketing).
• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field (required). • Master’s or PhD in a relevant scientific field is a strong plus, but not required. • MBA or equivalent business training strongly preferred. • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in business development, commercial leadership, or market expansion within healthcare, biotech, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sectors. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies in Southeast Asia. • Experience in genetic testing, rare diseases, or reproductive medicine diagnostics strongly preferred. • Deep knowledge of regional healthcare systems, regulatory environments, and reimbursement pathways. • Proven track record of establishing and managing partnerships with hospitals, fertility clinics, laboratories, and industry partners. • Fluent in English; additional Southeast Asian languages an advantage.
