• Central kills back-office work for startups (payroll, benefits, compliance, accounting, taxes) • Founding-member individual contributor role focused on content and demand generation • High-performance culture with core values: Think clearly; Show high agency; Craft magic • Remote role but must be based in the United States; no visa sponsorship; must be authorized to work in the U.S. • IC expected to build marketing from scratch and move fast
🎯 Requirements
