📋 Description

• Serve as Scrum Master for the marketing teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies as needed • Adapt Agile practices to fit a marketing and creative workflow (sprints, content production cycles, multi-channel deliverables) • Coach team members and stakeholders in Agile values, principles, and practices • Identify and remove impediments that block progress (creative bottlenecks, dependencies, or client feedback delays) • Foster an environment of collaboration, transparency, and trust across roles (account managers, creatives, strategists) • Support account managers in refining and managing client/project backlogs • Help the team measure and improve performance using meaningful metrics (on-time delivery, throughput, client satisfaction) • Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and workflow adaptations • Partner with other Scrum Masters in the Process Excellence department to align practices across business units and share learnings

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and Lean principles • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills • Ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts within and across teams • Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe-SM) preferred • Experience working in a marketing agency, creative team, or with marketing/advertising workflows (campaigns, content production, client approvals) is a plus • Experience working with distributed or remote-first teams is a plus
