• Define and drive the data & analytics product roadmap, aligning with business strategy, customer needs, and company objectives • Own day-to-day execution of data product initiatives—from requirements gathering through delivery and refinement • Translate business and client needs into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria in partnership with product owners and data engineering teams • Work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to support adoption of dashboards, reporting, and new insights and analytics solutions • Collaborate with product owners and data engineering teams to develop scalable data pipelines, reporting capabilities, and analytics features • Monitor product performance, data accuracy, and usage metrics, recommending continuous improvements • Stay informed on industry data standards, compliance requirements, and insurtech trends to ensure solutions remain aligned with evolving expectations • Act as a subject matter resource for data & analytics across product and business teams
• 3–5+ years of product management or related experience, with a focus on data, analytics, or data-driven platforms • Experience in insurtech, healthtech, benefits administration, or related industry preferred • Strong understanding of data concepts—including data structure, reporting/BI tools, and analytics workflows—and ability to partner effectively with technical teams • Demonstrated experience defining and launching data products, dashboards, metrics, or data-driven workflows • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work across business, engineering, and client-facing teams • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Familiarity with compliance and security considerations related to insurance and benefits data is a plus.
