🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or B2B SaaS preferred) • Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, brand elevation, and cross-medium execution. • Confidence collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, leadership, and product. • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma • Strong point of view on visual storytelling, typography, and brand identity. • Familiarity or experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar) • Familiarity with modern brand design principles and storytelling through visuals • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) • A keen eye for detail and an obsession with clean, user-centered design • Self-directed, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-moving environments • Experience working in collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Notion) • Video editing and animation capabilities
