• Support the client acquisition process and assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals. • Conduct and lead market research to identify potential clients within the B2B segment (mainly in Europe). • Manage initial communication with prospects: qualification, follow-ups, and coordination of demo calls. • Prepare quotes and proposals under the guidance of senior sales team members. • Maintain clients' operations and deal with data in CRM (HubSpot). • Provide timely updates and assist in preparing sales performance reports. • Participate in training sessions and develop an understanding of company products and services.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (experience in IT/Fintech or SaaS will be a plus). • Strong motivation to build a career in B2B sales. • Basic understanding of sales processes and client communication. • Basic understanding of crypto and fintech businesses. • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or others). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • An analytical mindset and eagerness to learn. • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written/verbal).
