📋 Description

• Prepare accurate monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports and maintain general ledger entries across multiple entities • Reconcile bank, trust, and crypto accounts monthly; track and categorize inflows, outflows, and transfers • Manage bill payments, invoices, reimbursements, and ensure adequate liquidity across accounts • Maintain organized supporting documentation for all transactions • Ensure books are tax-ready; assist internal tax team and external advisors with US tax filings, deadlines, extensions, estimates, and payments • Record and reconcile crypto activity per accounting standards; support execution of crypto transfers and wallet management • Prepare projections, forecasts, and cash flow planning; handle ad hoc financial requests from founders and executives • Identify process inefficiencies; propose and implement improved workflows, controls, documentation, and audit readiness • Contribute to accounting governance and continuous improvement across family office operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • At least 3–5 years of professional accounting/bookkeeping experience • Hands-on monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting • Prepare accurate monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports • Maintain general ledger entries across multiple entities • Reconcile bank, trust, and crypto accounts on a monthly basis • Track and categorize inflows, outflows, and transfers • Manage bill payments, invoices, and reimbursements • Ensure adequate liquidity across bank, trust, and crypto accounts • Ensure books are tax-ready; work with internal tax team and external advisors for US tax filings • Record and reconcile crypto activity in line with accounting standards • Support execution of crypto transfers, including wallet management • Prepare projections, forecasts, and cash flow planning • Proficiency with google sheets and accounting software • High integrity and discretion handling sensitive information • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills • Clear communicator • Self-starter with bias toward action and ownership • Strong process orientation, with proven ability to improve systems • Preferred: Exposure to crypto accounting or willingness to learn • Preferred: Big 4 experience • Preferred: Spanish speaker preferred
