📋 Description

• Lead market adoption strategy for emerging Chainlink product lines across Privacy, AI, and strategic growth areas • Build relationships with technical users, partners, and enterprise customers to uncover market needs and shape product direction • Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements for Engineering and Product teams • Partner with Product Leadership and Research to validate product-market fit and accelerate adoption • Onboard and support the first 50+ customers for Chainlink Privacy products and create repeatable GTM playbooks • Develop and validate AI Oracle and Agentic Skills use cases • Act as the technical voice of the customer while balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial opportunity • Drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Solutions Architecture • Create market theses around emerging technologies and identify high-conviction opportunities • Establish product lines that generate customer adoption, ecosystem growth, and long-term revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing strategic technical accounts, customer success, solutions architecture, product strategy, or technical business development in complex enterprise environments • Strong technical foundation and experience working with Product and Engineering teams to influence product development • Ability to gather, synthesise, and communicate customer requirements into product roadmaps • Experience engaging early adopters to validate product-market fit and drive adoption of new technologies • Strong commercial acumen with pre-sales, technical solutioning, or complex customer engagement experience • Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and develop market insights and strategic recommendations • Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences • Hands-on technical background with ability to read and understand code • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, and DeFi • Experience with privacy technologies, decentralized applications, smart contracts, or early-stage product launches is advantageous • Resume/CV must be submitted in English
