📋 Description

• Works from planning the mapping through to publishing service maps that are critical to the business • Ensures end-to-end visibility of services, their technical components, and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Service Mapping • Configuration of Entry Points, Connection Sections, and maps based on traffic, patterns, and tags • Identification and documentation of critical services, correlating applications, databases, load balancers, web servers, and other components • Advanced troubleshooting using ECC Queue, Discovery Logs, Pattern Debugger, and other diagnostic tools • Knowledge of complex architectures such as clusters, containers, and microservices • Implementation and maintenance of the CMDB aligned with CSDM 5 • Creation and maintenance of tables, relationships, and data models • Configuration of Data Sources, Data Ingestion, IRE, and Transform Maps • Application of CSDM layers (Foundation, Design, Manage Technical, Sell/Consume) in a structured manner • Development of automations and validation routines (Scripted Rules, Flow Designer, Reports) • Creation and management of CMDB Health dashboards and maturity KPIs • Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations that populate the CMDB • Ability to propose structural improvements and align the CMDB with the organization's service catalog and services.
