• As a Product Analyst, you are part of an agile Scrum team and actively support product development through data-driven analyses and solid insights. • You work closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to strategically support product decisions. • Formulate and evaluate new ideas/features during the product discovery phase to assess their business value. • Responsible for defining, monitoring, and reporting KPIs for your product to identify deviations early and derive optimization opportunities. • Analyze and identify patterns, trends, and usage behavior of existing features to derive actionable recommendations. • Document and visualize product processes and user journeys using a BPMN tool, including flowcharts and user flows. • Translate technical knowledge into domain-specific and easily understandable product knowledge. • Analyze, prioritize, and track bugs, and monitor product-related alerts for early error detection. • Assist in creating alerts for incidents and bugs to ensure a rapid response to disruptions.
• You bring several years of experience in data analysis and product discovery. • You have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of data-driven decision-making. • You work in a structured and organized manner and keep an overview even across parallel projects. • You are team-oriented and enjoy close collaboration with different departments. • You have strong communication skills in German and English.
