📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Salesforce engineering team, including admins and engineers, with a focus on delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement • Partner with Product, Engineering, and operational leaders to define priorities and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions • Ensure stability and performance of the Salesforce platform as usage and complexity grow • Oversee planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment for all Salesforce initiatives • Shape architectural direction and key technical decisions, supported by senior technical contributors for detailed design and implementation. • Develop, coach, and support the growth of the Salesforce team as it expands • Establish processes that improve predictability, quality, and collaboration across the team • Drive quarterly planning and roadmap discussions in partnership with Product and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working on or managing complex Salesforce implementations in high-growth environments • 2+ years of people management experience leading technical teams • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and platform capabilities • Experience partnering closely with technical leads, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive iterative delivery • Demonstrated success leading teams through complex roadmap execution and platform-scale challenges • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours, with a preference for candidates who can work a hybrid schedule from our NYC office
