• Direct support for ACR OEMs, aftermarket customers, and end users • Regular interaction with R&D, Marketing, and Regulatory functions • Technical writing and literature development related to next generation refrigerants • Handling refrigerant-related calls and emails • In-person and virtual industry training through seminars and webinars • Supporting case studies and field trials for new refrigerants • Supporting activities related to refrigerant lifecycle (e.g., reclaim) • Codes & Standards related activities (e.g., NBC/NFC, IEC, UL/CSA, TDG) • Involvement in industry associations (e.g., HRAI, EPR, ASHRAE, RMC, ECCC)
• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering • 10+ years of experience with refrigerants and/or air-conditioning and refrigeration systems • Strong understanding or experience in refrigeration requirements, design, or chemistry • Ability to travel regularly • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. • Canadian residency • Advanced degree in science or engineering (preferred) • Located in the greater Toronto area (preferred) • Demonstrated experience with fluorochemical handling (preferred) • Demonstrated experience with CSA/ASHRAE/IEC/UL standards and committees (preferred)
