📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the project data management plan, including secure storage, transfer, retention, and destruction procedures • Establish encrypted storage and transfer mechanisms for recordings and transcripts • Construct de-identified, FISMA-compliant datasets organized by site, with data user manuals, in CDC-requested formats • Manage de-identification processes and custody of identification keys • Format codebooks and coded datasets for delivery and long-term usability • Coordinate with the Qualitative Research Analyst on dataset construction • Coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs Specialist on data security compliance • Support incident response and PII safeguarding procedures in accordance with contract requirements • Ensure data retention and closeout destruction consistent with the data security plan • Analyze complex datasets to extract insights and support informed decision-making • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions • Communicate data findings effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Must possess the appropriate level of certifications required for the position by the contract • Demonstrated experience constructing and managing research datasets in compliance with comparable federal security requirements • Experience with de-identification of sensitive data • Experience with secure data storage and transfer mechanisms • Familiarity with qualitative data structures and codebook formatting preferred • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Seven to nine years of related experience • Ability to comply with federal contractor drug-free workplace requirements and the Federal Controlled Substance Act
