📋 Description

• The Graphic Designer supports the modernization of accession training for Navy Steelworker (SW) and Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) ratings. • Provides essential graphic design and marketing support. • Creates and develops a wide range of media to enhance interactive multimedia courseware. • Crucial role in supporting various instructional approaches and strategies. • 100% remote position.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check. • Proficient in the latest versions of graphic software programs. • Familiar with SCORM and Section 508 compliance. • Knowledge of the principles of graphic design. • Knowledgeable in color illustration. • Knowledge of graphic design software applications (e.g., Adobe Photo Shop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe Premier, Final Cut Pro, etc.). • Extensive knowledge of the elements of design. • Basic knowledge of procedures for creating traditional and/or electronic files for output. • Skilled in time management to multi-task and meet production deadlines. • Skilled in team-building techniques and principles. • Skilled in digitally retouching images. • Ability to work with a diverse clientele. • Ability to communicate effectively. • Ability to learn and apply new software. • Ability to maintain project files. • Ability to review narrative material. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. • Ability to present ideas to a large audience. • Ability to troubleshoot within the graphics application software. • Ability to use time effectively.
