📋 Description
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive skills assessments • Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) • Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) • Analyze treatment data and adjust programming based on client progress • Coach parents and caregivers to promote success beyond therapy sessions • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and interdisciplinary care teams • Monitor client progress and celebrate meaningful milestones with families
🎯 Requirements
• Must reside in North Carolina • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification • Completion of BCBA supervision training • Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina
