📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day compensation operations for assigned client groups • Advise the HR business partners and leadership on compensation policies, procedures and delivering solutions • Participate in managing the annual compensation cycle and other plan design projects • Participate in the design of and communicate compensation programs that align with business strategy • Analyze survey data, and market trends to assess compensation competitiveness • Manage the year-end planning process and planning tool • Perform job evaluations for roles for the business • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pay regulations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ direct experience in broad-based compensation • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Experience in manufacturing or CPG preferred • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills required to consult • Excellent project management skills, strong analytical and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams • Thrives in a fast-paced environment • Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward employees always
