📋 Description

• The Sr Email Marketing Strategist exists to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance. • This role focuses on client-facing interactions, strategic planning and ongoing optimization to drive business growth. • This role supports hiring across Latin America, and we welcome candidates based in the region to apply. • Please submit your CV in English, as this role requires strong written and verbal communication in English.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. • 6 - 10 years of experience in digital marketing, client strategy, or account management, preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment. • Candidates must have prior experience working with subscription-based businesses. • Strong understanding of retention marketing, including email, SMS, and CRM strategies. • Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. • Proven experience in people management and leadership, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members. • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting. • Experience in upselling and cross-selling services to drive revenue growth.
