📋 Description

• Technical definitions: Draft and provide technical specifications for new and existing web components, supporting Angular, React, Vue, and vanilla JS consumers. • Bug analysis: Review bug reports from development and QA teams and propose high-level technical solutions to address them. • Technical documentation: Produce technical specification documents after reviewing component code, ensuring alignment with the system's standards and best practices. • External source analysis: Develop technical definitions based on external component specifications or documentation. • Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and product managers to ensure the design system meets both design and business objectives. • Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, assist with code reviews, and promote best practices across the team. • Stay current: Keep up to date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies to keep the design system modern and competitive.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience with TypeScript, StencilJS, HTML, JavaScript, SCSS, Jest, and Storybook. • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue. • Strong analytical skills with a talent for troubleshooting and problem solving. • Ability to translate high-level requirements into actionable technical definitions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Team player with a proactive mindset and an aptitude for mentoring. • Preferred qualifications: • Experience working on large-scale design systems. • Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices. • Previous experience in a leadership role or leading technical teams.
