📋 Description

• Mentor and guide a team of five frontend developers, overseeing their work and conducting regular reviews to ensure the highest quality of deliverables. • Spearhead the creation and optimization of over 40 scalable and flexible UI components. • Drive the R&D efforts for new complex features and assess the architectural needs of the business. • Lead the development of a web component-based design system tailored for Siemens. • Foster close communication with clients to fully understand their needs and translate them into actionable development tasks. • Conduct technical presentations and lead meetings to convey complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Explore ways to integrate AI solutions that can enhance the performance and quality of our deliveries. • Act as a link between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring that deliverables align with strategic goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of UI components. • Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular). • Proficient in TypeScript, Stencil.js, Sass, HTML, and CSS. • Strong leadership and mentoring skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Familiarity with DevOps practices is preferable. • Interest in leveraging AI technologies for performance enhancement is a plus.
