📋 Description

• Lead architectural governance rituals for products (PDCA, risk management, solution reviews). • Manage the software architects team, ensuring consistency in their work. • Promote continuous improvement of architecture practices according to technical maturity criteria. • Support the architects team in defining and tracking Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). • Understand the Value Stream roadmap and anticipate the need to create technical enablers. • Communicate and align technical solutions with the client team. • Establish and maintain a technical relationship with the client’s technical team to ensure all requirements (functional and non-functional) are met. • Govern continuous integration and continuous delivery to deliver software incrementally and Agilely. • Negotiate and act as a trusted advisor to the client and the internal team during technology and process implementations. • Bring innovative solutions to technical problems and ensure a stable, productive development environment. • Manage technical risks and communicate them to management. • Design solutions using the C4 Model and UML. • Develop architecture models and communication patterns between systems. • Experience with Pega Platform (CRM) and Genesys Cloud.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot, EJB, Spring Framework). • Strong experience with different programming paradigms (Object-Oriented and Procedural). • Solid experience in a mature DevOps environment with continuous integration and continuous delivery (Git, SCM). • Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform). • Skills to lead, enable, and engage the software architects team, promoting career development for other technical roles. • Experience with Java EJB applications, Pega Platform, and Genesys Cloud. • Ability to mobilize stakeholders internally and on the client side, communicating clearly to resolve issues and impediments. • Create and manage the project technical roadmap, including technical dependencies. • Orchestrate and integrate solutions, making trade-offs on product evolution based on technical indicators.
