📋 Description

• Salesforce implementation/ upgrades req gathering • Gap Analysis • Solution design • Working with developers and QAs to make sure business processes are captured • Documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud • Understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Flow automation, and Reporting • Expert ability to engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and non-functional requirements related to FSC and client’s enhancements • Skill in documenting and translating business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps for development teams • Map FSC data model to client financial data (Financial Accounts, Financial Holdings etc). • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects on solution design • Understanding Integration flow between SF with Other Systems • Ability to travel and work onsite periodically throughout the month in the Chicago area
