• Must be at least 18 years of age (21 where alcohol is served); high school diploma or GED preferred. • Minimum of 3 years previous theatre management experience. • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and teams effectively. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. • Commitment to providing exceptional customer and guest service with a friendly, energetic attitude. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment; responds with a sense of urgency and follows direction well. • Proven ability to train, lead others, and resolve conflicts professionally. • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) with individuals of all ages and personalities; must be able to converse in and comprehend English. • Able to complete basic food handling training and obtain required local/state certifications (e.g., SERV Safe, health card, or food handlers permit). • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; must work at least 40 hours per week.
