📋 Description

• Maintains equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning and performing preventative maintenance • Maintains facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, cleaning, lighting • Documents and communicates actions, irregularities and continuing needs • Ensures preventative repairs are performed cost effectively by examining records and reports • Participate in training classes for existing and new equipment • Initiate, coordinate and enforce program, operation policies and procedures • Attend educational workshops and professional development activities • Abide to safety policies and procedures and ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirements • Contribute to Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred • Other combinations of experience and education may be substituted • 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance field or more preferred • 1-2 years’ experience in plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration preferred • Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and be insurable as a driver • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently • Highly organized and work well under pressure/deadlines with the ability to multi-task • Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
