Circular Action Alliance is an organization working to create a circular economy for paper and packaging. It coordinates producer-funded recycling programs, submits program plans under extended producer responsibility laws (for example SB 54 in California), and invests in recycling access and responsible end markets. The organization provides resources for producers (registration, producer resource center, fee-setting consultation, steering committee) and is active in multiple U. S. states including California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Maine, Maryland and Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Administer M365 services, including Copilot/Agents, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power BI, Docusign, and Kiteworks • Work with leaders across the company to design architectures and manage products • Implement infrastructure solutions • Assess existing environments and identify improvements • Evaluate new technologies and trends and recommend positive implementations • Design solutions and lead staff in implementation through mentorship and guidance • Bridge technical staff and business leadership • Increase IT department efficiency by streamlining and automating processes • Provide technical direction on system implementation • Drive integration plans for new infrastructure systems • Drive virtual infrastructure design and implementation • Collaborate with the IT Operations Architect to implement platform standards, reference architectures, and operational best practices • Ensure infrastructure designs use a security-first approach • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and/or managing enterprise IT systems • 3+ years administering M365/Azure infrastructure in medium to large enterprise environments • Working knowledge of server and cloud architectures • Experience with large-scale implementations and integrations of corporate IT systems • Experience with environments leveraging cloud components in Azure • Security-first focus on all activities • Current knowledge of modern technologies • Systematic and transparent problem-solving approach • Collaborative design and problem-solving approach • Software engineering, automation, and security mindsets • Attention to detail
