• Supervise and lead the accounts payable team ensuring accurate processing of invoices and payments • Review and reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate financial records • Oversee vendor inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner • Drive process improvements to maintain efficient practices across business units • Perform full accounts payable duties, including matching, batching, and coding
• Post secondary education/Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field • Proven experience in accounts payable roles with accuracy and leadership • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes • Experience using SAP is a definite asset • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
