📋 Description
• Leading the team of service professionals who will service the book • Directing roll-out of program and service plans • Monitoring accounts for trends and reacting appropriately when action needs to be taken • Communicating relevant information about individual accounts to the marketing and underwriting departments • Building strong contacts with insureds’ senior management and being their primary relationship contact • Performing other duties as directed
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree • At least 10 years of experience in account management, production, and/or managing a loss control department for a commercial insurance company, preferably in workers’ compensation • Additional experience in underwriting, loss control, or claims is a plus • Strong analytical and math skills • Proficient in Word, Excel, and working with loss runs • Must reside in Virginia
