📋 Description
• Ensures that coding analysis production is both consistent and high quality by tracking and enforcing standards. • Train and support team members to build, maintain, and enhance platform interfaces used for data checks, ensuring data quality is upheld through regular monthly or more frequent schedules. • Owns resourcing of client work and ensures the timely production of high-quality deliverables while identifying opportunities for improvement in report production methodologies. • Collaborates with various internal and customer-facing teams on delivery, acting as the primary owner of client portfolio and building strong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure their needs are met in a timely and effective manner. • Manages and guides a team of 7-10 FTEs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required. • 2-3 years of experience in data analytics. • Demonstrated expertise in people management with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience. • Fluent in English
