📋 Description

• Take inbound calls for IFF and route caller to correct team member • Utilize Beyond to cross reference insurance information on repeat damagers • Enter/update insurance information into Beyond • Extensive phone usage to file claims • Determine appropriate claim codes to update Beyond • Assist supervisor and team members as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive phone skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word • Thorough and detail orientated • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Accurate data entry • Excellence attendance • Punctuality • High school diploma or equivalent required • 1 year + of insurance experience is preferred, but not mandatory
